Accessibility statement
Last tested: September 30, 2026
We want everyone to be able to use Joia. This page covers getjoia.com and the pages Joia shows you directly: signing in, connecting your assistant, and your account page at api.getjoia.com/account. Most of the time you use Joia through your AI assistant, whose own app is covered by that company’s accessibility commitments.
Our target
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA.
How we test
- Every change to Joia runs automated accessibility checks (axe) in a real browser on every page of this site and on Joia’s sign-in, connection, and account pages, in light and dark mode, at phone and desktop sizes. A change can’t ship if the checks find a serious problem.
Automated checks catch many problems, but not all. We have not yet tested Joia by hand with a screen reader or with a keyboard alone; we plan to before Joia’s public launch, and we will update this page when we do.
Known limitations
- The sign-in page (where you choose Google or an email code) is provided by our sign-in service, WorkOS, and we can’t change it directly. If it gives you trouble, email us and we’ll help you sign in.
- Because hands-on testing hasn’t been done yet, there may be problems the automated checks can’t find, such as confusing focus order or unclear wording.
Report a problem
If something on Joia is hard to use, email support@getjoia.com with the page and what happened. We’ll reply as soon as we can and, where we can, help you do what you were trying to do in the meantime.
