# Joia > Joia is the relationship layer for your AI: a personal CRM you talk to through your AI assistant (Meta Muse today). Tell your assistant about someone you met, and Joia remembers where you met, what they do, who they know, and what you promised, then finds them again from any detail you remember. Joia stores only what the user tells it or chooses to import, labels every detail confirmed or unconfirmed, never reads email, never writes to phone contacts, and lets users delete everything at any time. Free during the beta for adults in the United States. Joia connects to assistants over the Model Context Protocol (MCP) at https://api.getjoia.com/mcp, with OAuth sign-in (no API keys). It has been tested end to end in Meta Muse only. ## Docs - [Connect Joia to Muse](https://getjoia.com/docs/muse/): Set up Joia in Meta Muse with one prompt, plus the instructions Muse reads during setup. - [Joia skill file](https://getjoia.com/docs/skill.md): Plain-markdown instructions for AI assistants that use Joia: when to save and look people up, and how to reply. - [Tools and data](https://getjoia.com/docs/): Every Joia tool, what it does, and what data it reads or writes. ## Policies - [Privacy policy](https://getjoia.com/privacy/): How Joia collects, uses, protects, and deletes information, and how people who aren't Joia users can request removal. - [Terms of service](https://getjoia.com/terms/): The terms for using Joia. - [Accessibility statement](https://getjoia.com/accessibility/): The accessibility standard Joia aims for, how it is tested, known limitations, and how to report a problem. ## Optional - [Home page](https://getjoia.com/): What Joia is, the problems it solves, and example questions people ask it. - Support: support@getjoia.com
